Shipping policy

All Mogo Trails merchandise is printed on demand once your order is placed.

Standard production time: 4–5 business days before dispatch.

For bulk or special items (e.g. hats, stubby holders), production may take up to 7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been produced and shipped.

Standard Shipping (Australia): $10 flat rate per order.

Express Shipping (Australia): $15 flat rate per order.

To keep checkout simple, all shipping costs are flat-rate. Incremental costs are built into product pricing so you won’t see unexpected charges.

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days after dispatch (Australia Post).

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch (Australia Post).

Please note: delivery times may vary due to location or carrier delays, especially during peak seasons.

International shipping is available. Costs and delivery times vary by region and will be displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

We do not ship to the United States.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Orders can be tracked directly through Australia Post.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

We’ll work with our fulfilment partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
