Terms of Service

Welcome to the Mogo Trails Merchandise Store (“Store”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from the Store, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

The Store is operated by Destination Store Pty Ltd (“DS”) in partnership with Eurobodalla Shire Council (“ESC”).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Store without express written permission.

2. Products & Services

All merchandise is print-on-demand, meaning items are produced after an order is placed.

Product images are for reference only; minor variations in colour or placement may occur.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments at the time of checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Fulfilment time: typically 4–5 business days before dispatch.

Delivery times vary based on shipping method and carrier (Australia Post).

Standard Shipping: $10 AUD flat rate.

Express Shipping: $15 AUD flat rate.

International shipping is available; costs are displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

As products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect quantity ordered.

Refunds/reprints are only offered for printing faults or garment defects.

Customers must provide photographic evidence of the issue within 14 days of receipt.

Confirmed issues will be resolved with a reprint or replacement item.

6. Customer Service & Complaints

Queries regarding orders, complaints, or feedback should be directed to the Store via the "Get in Touch" page or live chat.

While Mogo Trails may receive enquiries, all merchandise-related issues will be handled directly by DS.

7. Intellectual Property

Mogo Trails branding, logos, and designs remain the property of Eurobodalla Shire Council.

Customers may not reproduce or use these designs for commercial purposes.

8. Wholesale & Retailer Orders

Bulk order discounts are available for retailers.

ESC commissions apply to both retail and wholesale sales.

9. Limitation of Liability

DS and ESC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Store.

Maximum liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect upon posting to the Store website. Customers are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly.
